I can’t wait to meet you and become part of your journey! I am a mother of 3 with my youngest born April 2018. CrossFit has been part of my life for 4 years now and I began coaching in 2017.
The transition into motherhood is such a special time. Without a doubt, it has its challenges, but those challenges are greatly outweighed by its benefits. I worked out through 2 of my pregnancies so I strongly believe in staying active during this time; Movement is an important component in living a healthy life so why stop when expecting? I also do believe that movements should be adjusted for the appropriate trimester and/or mom’s physical and emotional state. It’s known that working out releases endorphins, the happy hormone. Why not create and enjoy more of it?
Our bodies experience so much change during pregnancy, labor/delivery and postpartum. Whether this is your first, second or third child, learning to care for a newborn is very taxing to our bodies as well as to our mental state. Use this class to not only to help heal your core and to lose the baby weight, but also to meet other moms, and to dedicate some much needed time to yourself.
This program is ideal for women who are expecting (new to working out and those with experience), recently postpartum mamas and those moms that are ready to get back into the gym. Our program is inspired by and follows the BirthFit methodology focusing on Fitness, Nutrition, Chiropractic & Mindset.
Children are welcome to join us! Please bring your strollers, bouncers, or any items you’d like your child to safely sit in during class time.
Our Limited Membership offers 12 classes per month for $110+tax. The chiropractic service is an add-on to the membership option you select.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column]
